The Lugos is the Sixth French Republic's main medium transport helicopter. With a nose-engined configuration similar to the likes of the Sykorsky H-34, this aircraft has had a revolutionary effect in the SFR's airborne troop doctrine, which previously mostly relied on glider troops. This particular aircraft both carries 2000 pounds representing a soldier platoon and weaponry typical of Lugos gunships in air assaults. This particular aircraft not only has been fitted with a door-mounted 20 mm cannon and 5 rocket launchers, but also two fixed front-facing 12.7 mm HMGs.
