CAM An-14T (Super Ant)
Credits to the original creator!
The Antonov AN-14 is a very popular plane here in the Bomford Republic, with over 190 still being used in various jobs from smoke jumping to charter flights to business planes. However, there engines are starting to show their age, and spares are disappearing faster than a Walmart’s food stock right before a hurricane. Many Bush Pilots have pleaded for a new engine, but since CAM was busy with many other ventures, these pleads were unheard. Now with the engines becoming a problem, CAM finally gave designers the green light to start designing a new engine. But, the engineers went further. In order to decrease fuel consumption and aerodynamic drag, the engineers added retractable landing units. While this has gotten rid of some of the space used to store cargo, the aerodynamic drag is greatly reduced. Now bush pilots and other operators can fly the “Super Ant” into places that were not possible before the upgrade.
