(When the LCAC is cruising on the sea)
Turn ON control5, and push the throttle. LCAC cruises on the sea.
(After landing)
Step1:
Open the LCAC's door to use the VTOL control. And turn OFF control5.
Step2:
Turn ON control6 to unlock the fixing arm for the vehicle.
The vehicle move forward to use the pitch control.

Did you push the AG6(Control6) switch?
Thus, the fixing-arm is unlocked , and you can get the lav moving to use the pitch control.(pitch up to forward - pith down to back.)
I can't seem to get the lav moving.
