these wheels have a speed limit. they are really useful when you build slow tanks and stuff.
speed from left to right:
150, 140, 130, 120, 110, 100... the last wheel has max speed 10mph.
the red wheel has max speed of 1000000mph...
(cause -why not?)

@Chenxiang so, if you use overload, somewhere there's a tag that say something like "maxVelocity" or speed or something. youst play around with that ^^
I need two wing guns:
1. Scaled down to 0.75 length, 0.5 width and height, 7 shots a minute
2. Scaled down to 1 length, 0.5 width and height, 14 shots a minute
