Entry for Ace Challenge (Note: this is an Ace Combat Performing plane, so no it does not fly like a real F-4 but it doesn't fly like Cancer either so enjoy)

It was a cold and foggy day.... -Silver Fox-

LT. Kyo "Ice" Kashigari, known as the Silver Fox, was a Asamian Kitsune pilot of the 1st air division, 4th Experimental Fighter Squadron called Zero Squadron back in 1995. She had joined the Asamian Self Defense Force 3 years after the beginning of Intruder War, Where she was assigned to Akari Squadron initially. Her first mission was an escort mission to deliver some bombers to a bombing point. In the middle of the journey, they were engaged by Intruder hired mercenaries, and this is when Kyo showed her true potential. She had shot down 8 of the 10 enemies in her F-5, making her an ace on her first mission. Then she had found the nearby mercenary FOB, gaining permission from her squad leader, she attacked the base, destroying the fuel supply, parked fighters, hangars and radar towers. She had made a big achievement that day, saving the bombers from another ambush they wouldn't have survived. Following after, her kill score went up more mission by mission. Eventually, she was re-assigned to the Experimental Squadron, Zero Squadron, where she was retrained to fly a prototype F-4 Phantom. She would fly in that squadron from there after.

She earned her famed name on one mission, Where she and her squad-mates were testing a new missile when they were jumped by Intruder Type 2 attackers. Zero Squadron lost 5 men in the ambush. But Kyo was the only one who managed to get kills, shooting down all the attackers from the shadows of the snowy fog, earning her the name Silver Fox. Her kills that day allowed the Asamian Military to study samples of the Intruders.

Years later, and Kyo hears about the development of Anima, Fighter jets with humanoid forms. They would be the key to winning the war. Sure enough, she was lucky enough to fight alongside them and see each new Anima be born and grow. Kyo helped with the cover-up and development of Project Keiko and was responsible for the development of Phantom's flight data. However her control of the skies came to an end, on the second to final mission, nearing the end of the war. She was hit by a SAM and critically damaged, but so was one of the Anima, and despite losing thrust, she helped limp the younger Anima home. She crashed into the water when trying to land on the carrier and drowned....

She earned 10 batte stars and the Flying Cross, along with other awards. She was the commander of Zero Squadron up to her death.
