Those arent aeroplane engines, those are helicoptor rotors!! In update 1.8, heli rotors were added and they sort of resemble propellers so i built a 2 engined plane with them. Do not let throttle exceed 2% or the engines will be destroyed by overspeeding. If you can edit the xml code to stop this, please do.
