It's not the real Thrust SSC, but it's close enough.
This thing should be capable of reaching speeds over 1000mph on land with a straight enough stretch. (I recommend the SimplePlanes Interstate mod)
Activator 2 activates wheel steering at low speeds for tighter steering. You won't need wheel steering at high speeds.
