The Tundra 50mph Super Stol

19.4k TTHHSSSS  8.4 years ago
Auto Credit Based on RedBeard66's The Tundra v4.5

This is my latest version of the tundra, and its more stol than ever! With so much thanks to Redbeard66, who reduced my original tundra's wieght to 900lbs, I was able to get it flying at 52mph confortably, and with an easy landing speed of 49mph at 6% throttle. It takes off instantly, with its 90in tri-blade prop, 40% pitch and massive flaps. V2 was also redesigned a bit, which a changed nose and more foward landing gear. The Tundra is also super aerobatic, and can   do really tight loops. I really hope you enjoy this plane as much as I do! Its great for going anywhere! Act. 1 for Nav lights, 2 for landing lights and 3 for taxi lights. Enjoy and please upvote!

Needs to be super light, big wings, powerful prop, and flaps! Also, it should be well balanced and small @DatsunEngineeringCompany

Thanks! My son and I build balsa wood planes, covered in tissue and powered by rubber bands. You set the control surfaces and they fly big circles or what ever you set them to do on their own (when their not acting up) This is a Guillows mustang kit he and I did last year. About the only hobby I like more then simple planes :) @ACMECo1940
