Kublit Maneuver
Herbst maneuver
What Aircraft you say?.... Hhhhmmm.... I would really like to see the Su-30SM, or the Su-37, anything Non-American Planes( No Offence). Because I already have SOO MANY American Planes, let's try the Other Countries eh? :D
If you want, you can do 1st generation to generation 3rd aircraft that can do Post Stalls :3, (Hehee.... if they really did do Post Stall Maneuvers Historically.. Like an Me 262 or a Fokker Dr.I :P )

Cobra is actually not that hard, if you time the controls just right... :D
(and Yes, it took me 1 week to fully master it... XD)
I have 2 planes that can perform cobra, but it is very difficult
