Here's some fictional history:

The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-24 UT "Fisher-A" was a cheaply made, easy to maintain, and enjoyable ground attack aircraft used by the Soviet Union and other Communist countries during the 1970s. As said above, their primary role was to ambush and destroy convoys, ships, and sometimes even enemy airfields. They were equipped with two 20mm cannons and two drop tanks (located under the wings), but could be fitted with larger weapons, such as tactical nuclear bombs. The "Fisher-A" sat one pilot. The series was known for their variable-sweep wings, as seen before on aircraft like the MiG-23 "Flogger" series. But, because of classified limitations, the MiG-24 "Fisher-A" was only able to reach a top speed of around 500 miles per hour. Four versions were made, including an EWS (Early Warning System) variant, air superiority variant, and anti-submarine variant.

Controls/action groups:
Action group 1&4: ATG (Air To Ground) missiles
Action group 2: 500 lbs. bomb
Action group 3: drop tanks
VTOL down=wing sweep backwards

Enjoy!
