Put the com in front of the col
Also the plane turns left, I think it's because of the rotation of the rotors. Since you have many rotors, you can make half of them have reverse rotation to cancel that torque.
It does not lift. You can try moving down the rotors, because if you have thrust on top you will go down if you have thrust beneath you will go up. You are now having too much power on top.
