I finally finished it. This is a torpedo boat armed with six one-ton torpedoes, two 150 mm guns (20 shots each) and one 30 mm anti-aircraft gun (650 shots) Number of marines: 35 people.
controls: AG2 - the second pair of torpedoes; AG3(+AG2) - the third pair of torpedoes.
Throttle + yaw - ship movement;
Pitch + Roll - turret movement .
technically it doesn't break the rules.
