Aegis MBT
The Aegis Main Battle Tank (MBT), developed by Knight Industry, was introduced as a replacement for the aging Aquila MBT. Combining design philosophies from both Western and Eastern military doctrines, the Aegis represents a hybrid approach to modern tank development. Its turret design takes heavy inspiration from the T-800BV series, blending with superior manuver and robust protection.
Basilisk Variant

The Basilisk is a specialized variant of the Aegis, featuring a groundbreaking dual-cannon configuration. Equipped with two old 125mm 2A44K cannons paired with an autoloading system, the Basilisk's turret has a distinctive "UFO-like" front profile, further reinforced with Explosive Reactive Armor (ERA) for enhanced protection. The variant also incorporates the 1K67 "Orion," a state-of-the-art targeting system specifically tailored for dual-cannon operation. Additionally, it features a remote-controlled turret on top, armed with a 30mm high-explosive (HE) cannon for anti-infantry and light vehicle defense.

Production and Deployment
The Basilisk was produced in limited numbers, with only 25 units manufactured compared to the 119 units (and counting) of the standard Aegis model. All Basilisk tanks were deployed exclusively to the International Security Force (ISF), tasked with maintaining stability on the Second Continent. The ISF is ensuring that neither Western nor Eastern powers gain a foothold in this strategically vital region.
