Copa Airlines Flight 201 is a scheduled flight from Panama's Tokumen International Airport to Colombia's Cali International Airport. On June 6, 1992, a Boeing 737-204 advanced passenger aircraft rolled over and disintegrated in the air 29 minutes after takeoff, eventually crashing into the Dalian Pass, killing all 47 people on board. The accident was caused by a combination of instrument failures and other factors (including insufficient training of pilots).Flight 201 is the most serious aviation accident in the history of Panama and the first serious accident of Panama Airlines in 45 years, which has attracted public attention
