This M73A3 Mk.4C is in service with the WGSDF's 75th Tank Battalion which is mostly known by enemy soldiers as "The Aggressors of the Ground" or known in russian as "Agressory Zemli" which literally means "The Aggressors of the Ground" or it can be known by its Japanese nickname "Chijo no shinryaku-sha-tachi" which can be known in English as "The Aggressors of the Ground" and today the 75th Tank Battalion is still considered as a elite tank force within the WGSDF military structure. The tank is recognizable by its number 721 and its name in the gun barrel saying in Japanese latin: "Tsuhaseshiru"

History of the M73:

The history of the M73 would begin when the WGSDF held a competition for the replacement of the M272 tanks, the tanks that participated in the competition is: XM73, XM79 and XT2911, the WGSDF ultimately selected the XM73 as its winner because the XM79 and XT2911 lost the competition primarily due to underpowered engine (XM79), insufficient armor (both the XM79 and XT2911) and poor gun depression (XT2911). The M73 had a issue with gunner and commander position, in order to solve the issue, the later model of the M73 would feature a autoloader with blowout panels and the Gunner station was relocated to the left of the tank and the tank had a 4 second autoloader.
