Curtiss F9C-2 Sparrowhawk 9059

2,113 Turdy1  8.6 years ago

Bureau number 9059 was the fourth Sparrowhawk used aboard the airships Akron and Macon. As the fourth aircraft, it wore black section markings. In 1935, 9059 was lost along with three other sparrowhawks carried aboard the USS Macon when she crashed in a storm.

Notes:
All six Sparrowhawks I've uploaded are made to the correct size as the originals, but feature retractable landing gear to compensate for the lack of removable, spatted gear used on the originals, and they have their guns moved to the wings, as the game lacks synchronized guns.
