FunkyTree Precision Guidance Unit

441 EEEureka  11 months ago

An FunkyTree missile with all code integrated, so that it could working as a subassembly.
*Free to use. *

Performance:

  • G-Load: 250
  • Max speed: 5 Mach
  • Roll rate: >=160 deg/s
  • Range: 200km

How to use:

  1. Create subassembly to the missile and flight computer in the nose cone separtely;
  2. Mount the missile anywhere you want then install the flight computer at the same position and 45 degree rotation on z axis relative to the missile as here;
  3. Implement a boolean type variable "LS" in Variable Setter for which indicate the missile's working status: control surface, fuse and engine only working when it is true

P.S.

  • You could custom the engine's working time, I just done it roughly. But don't let the missile flying with a speed higher than 1800m/s due to the "special" aerodynamics in SP

  • If you want to mount more than 1 missile, you'd better number the variables in each missile's flight computer, and replace the old variables in rotators(control surface), engine and piston(fuse). It won't be complex if you find text editor like notepad or vim for help.

    Each of the four rotators use the same input as the one directly opposite it.
