Here's a plane I built while in a week long COVID quarantine, the quality and details are not tippy top of course but it'll fly just fine with due carefulness. As you can probably tell, it's inspired by the MIG-21 or J-7 and other similar Soviet designed Cold War interceptors, but it was constructed in a freehand manner so it's obviously not a replica.
As far as controls go it's pretty straightforward:
