Working Vanilla Leaf Spring Buggy Concept
I'm back, I indeed still exist, and here's an old project of mine which I made on mobile. Experimenting with Leaf Spring suspension in this game is awesome because it indeed actually works. The shocks are used only for dampening, the buggy will bounce uncontrollably, just like real life, without them and the wing pieces are indeed all that's supporting the weight of the vehicle. Ultimately this isn't anything too complex, didn't build much of a body for it, or anything close to realistic axles, but it drives decently. Note it will pitch forward off of jumps, using the airbrakes you can easily bring the nose back up however and survive most jumps. Unlike many cars people make, this isn't cheating by using any form of Gyros, its handling is fully the result of its suspension.
