Proxima PXR (REUPLOAD)
So... heres a treat. A cool idea plus two backstories. So I was building this plane over a month ago when I just stopped making it because I couldnt find the right turboprop engines. Today I just dug around and viola! A suitable engine. I put them on and finish the plane and here it is. Its the 2016 S&P airshow and Proxima, a company that no one heard about has spent a year and 3 months working on something special. A widebody turboprop airliner. They just wanted to show off the prototype but oh boy did they get a surprise. It got a lot of attention... and orders. 56 on the first day actually. In January, 2018, their first factory had been built and a week later the first plane had been delivered. In 9 months, they have rolled out 108 planes and counting, 9 planes a month! They have so much demand because the PXR is more efficient than the jets in its class Wendon WJ-8 and BLK-570. (Why the reupload? Fuel and paint issues were fixed)
