VTOL to control propeller pitch and trim to control the rudder.
VTOL up for forward thrust and VTOL down for reverse thrust.
Trim up to turn right and trim down to turn left.
Now this is how I imagine the ship to look like.
Deck A/Lowest deck: Accessible by front bow doors that can be used to load barges or cars/trailers. Also accessible by a rear ramp that can be used to load cars and trailers
Deck B/upper car deck: Accessible by rear doors in front of the ramp. can also be accessed with a ramp leading up from deck A. Some space is present at the bow of the ship just below the superstructure that can be used to store some extra cargo.
