Heinkel He-219
The Heinkel He-219 was one of the best performing aircraft of world war 2. It was one of the few aircraft in the german arsenal that could actually catch the De Havilland Mosquito. Unfortunately, the Luftwaffe high command were not very fond of Ernst Heinkel and his company, and were more interested in the inferior Ju-188 night fighter. The He-219 was not produced in large numbers, but pilots loved the aircraft. Fast, agile, and the tricycle gear made landing a damaged plane at night so much easier. The Luftwaffe saw this feature as " Too American. This airplane is the first in a small series i will start making of Luftwaffe twin engine fighters. Any feedback would be appreciated. And if anyone would like to improve upon it, that is fine with me.
