Throttle up all the way, best to start in the air. Trim controls prop pitch, and up will help tilt up and vice versa. VTOL retracts landing gear, up to retract. The secret to the stability is BaconAircraft's gyroscope assembly hooked to the bottom of the craft. Feel free to have some fun with it and modifications. @BaconAircraft
