the failed to connect is gone, but now it won't put me in the server, it checks everything out, then it takes a long time for the [Checking if multiplayer is up-to-date] but then, it dissapears! i doesn't say im in the server, and when i load in, nothing happens, it is just the normal map, no one spawns in
@LIQUIDconsumer you need to turn on localhost server
@Planeerf3 okay, new problem.
it won't even let me type anything in the server ID, i can't even erase the numbers, it is stuck on 127.0.0.1
@LIQUIDconsumer as far as i know there is only one working server and thats 160.251.58.131
@Planeerf3 i will continue messing around with the files till' i get something to work....
@Planeerf3 yeah so everything checks out, it says it is up-to-date, and all the other magic, then at the end it just cuts-off saying [FAILED TO CONNECT]
idk why, i even tried all the supposed "working servers" and it says it failed to connect on all of em'.

@LIQUIDconsumer what exactly is the issue is it just saying failed to connect
also you WONT lose your data because 1 ive always switched to different computers and sp data relies on your steam account so even if you did delete your files all you gotta do is just reinstall simpleplanes if you lost it and it will be back and if this isnt enough reassurance you can always upload all your planes to the wwebsite as unlisted to download them back if you would have lost your data although im sure you cant lose your data
@Planeerf3 im stumped..... i can't figure out why it won't work.
ive searched and found similar answers, but none had to do with my problem, or they were outdated,
im just worried about deleting files, i could loose data! my last idea was loosely thought out, it was just to maybe fine the file for MP and see if tampering with that file would do something.
if you can think of anything, I would be very gracious to hear it!
@liquidconsumer sorry i kinda forgot about the place but now im having trouble finding what i saved it as so it might be a big, in the mean time maaybe can focus on getting your mp to work
