Classic American-Style Muscle Car
About the R/T Ver.
During late-1978, The DIA Company (Dillon's Innovative Automobiles) introduce the R/T Version of the Thunderhawk. The R/T is focused on race and speedy performance.
The R/T is driven by a Supercharged V8 engine for additional Horsepower and faster acceleration. And as well equipped with bigger rear tires to help to transfer all the power onto the road! Not only that but it also have a spoiler and a splitter for down force to keep it pin down. Double-side exhaust pipes on each side as well!
As for the exterior, the hood have extended upwards to help to cover the Supercharger and the Air filter beneath it. And for extra coolness, the stock headlights and Grill is replaced with a bug guard and a hide-away headlights covers! And for the paint, it's was painted in Rally Red with White Stripes to attract all the motorheads and hot ladies!
About the bullhorn ornament on the hood of the car.. That's a another story for another day...
