@Destroyerz117 well, most of all I need the suspension and wheel arches. One axle where it's just fixed, and 1 which can allow the wheels to turn.
@Destroyerz117 There WAS a rumor going around about a ship parts update but it turned out it was a mod someone was developing without any word on a release date.
Yep we DEFINATELY need ofboard motors@DragonAerotech
@Destroyerz117 You're welcome! I haven't made many experiments with the new parts though I'm as thrilled as the next person to have customizable wheels and suspension. The hinge joint and trim option for controls was an absolute game changer! Naturally they made these changes when I was ALMOST finished with my first ship. It lagged so bad anyway, the RP for it had ended, and I wound up not releasing it. Working on a successor though for my current RP with General360's alternate WW2 story line. We need one more rudimentary tool to work with in the game; Cable/Chain/Rope/Belts and the Pulley - plus a way to mount props with this system in place so that it can drive underwater propellers.
Wait do you still need one tell me what parts of the chassis you have in mind and I can help@LjSpike
Thx@DragonAerotech
Interesting concept and good application of the new tech introduced in the update! ^_^
Ahh ok @Destroyerz117, oh do you think you could build a car chassis perhaps. I'm not as good at mechanisms in SP
Come on man that just wouldn't be the same@WNP78
It depends on which model of boat@LjSpike
@LjSpike can't you just use a rotator set to yaw? or a control surface modded to take up the whole wing?
Nice idea, I foresee the problem of it being asymmetrical. I thought rudders were rotated by being fixed to a gear though, which when turned, rotates the rudder with it?
@Djbanana thanks
