KSS New Prussia (LHD-20) is a Landing Helicopter Dock built for the Royal Equestrian Navy, and currently in service for the Royal Sovereign Navy. She is the lead ship of the New Prussia class Landing Helicopter Assault.

New Prussia class was intended to replace the aging Langer Strand class which were in service for 32 years. They were ordered under the Marineorden von 2070.

Development

As part of the new Marineorden von 2070, the government make sure that areas of aviation is fully covered. Since 2070s-2080s, The shipyards of Badische , Sudliche Eisenhutten, Krieger Eisenwerke, Zwillingsbauer Eisenwerke, Langer Strand Harbor and Eisenhutte der Talschmiede has been occupied by on going construction of new ships. The new LHD, named New Prussia, was assigned to the final Slipway in Westwarts Shipyards that fitted her. Her construction wasn't long as they were re-purposed versions of the previous Arnold Schwertven Class. She was later launched somewhere in 2090, two years after her construction begun.

A landing helicopter dock (LHD) is a multipurpose amphibious assault ship which is capable of operating helicopters and has a well deck. They have been serving in other navies around the world, some acting as the flagship of their navies.

LHDs in Great Country were no different from the Seven Continents, as their main purpose is to support amphibious operations. They were the all rounders of the Amphibious Operation Groups acting as Support vessels or use their aircrafts for reconnaissance missions. Some LHDs don't feature well decks and were full fledged Helicopter Carriers.
