Its considered borderline makeshift for a well developed military as often the ordinance it carries is more valuable than the aircraft itself. weaponry include x2 12,7 mm machineguns and x6 missile slots (it lacks flares and arresting hook)
The light frame allows for some good turning rate for an interceptor and ease of take off and landing but fuel duration holds back the operational range a bit too much.
