I used you fixed version and made a few changes good work notnat27 it works realy well
I think I fixed it! Im gonna upload it as unlisted but you can see there I fixed it. I just need to make the turning more stable.
Weird how it doesn't work! I would say maybe add some canards in the front for the pitch and the main wing for roll. It would make the plane have more lift up front which is why it doesn't pull up. I would maybe make the wings also tilt upward for stability and turning will maybe work better and feel more stable. I will test it out myself.

Remove some of the engine, add a gyro and try to redesign the control
