This is my first attempt at creating a helicopter. Of course there is no shaft drive in this game, so the rotation comes from the thrust nozels. The VTOL control is used as the collective to change the blade pitch. So, first power up to full throttle, then use the collective to add lift to the rotors. Once it is off the ground it is the same as a VTOL craft that uses thrust nozels for control. One difference, though, is that the lift control has immediate response. This is somewhat of a proof of concept, and is not the most practical aircraft, as it uses the fuel up very fast!
