after the success of the very similar Popocatepetl aircraft, DHE was approached by the Krakabloan navy to order a recon version of the night fighter. however, a secret item was attached to the order: the ability to drop floating message tubes that could relay orders to submarines without the possibility of radio interception. the lighter-armed plane was delivered as ordered, and now serves purposes unknown. first couple ACT groups are message tubes.
