This is not the latest version, but I am giving you permission to use it. Please remember to give credit (and if you take too much of it as yours then i'll report it, lol). The reason I'm not posting it until next month is that i have posted too many creations recently so that i'd have to wait for a while in order to grab more people's attention, XD
Btw you need to make the rotor base wider I would recommend scaling up the length and width by 1.5-2 and then shortening the rotors

@TheSavageManZ huh I tested it and it worked maybe its because I started with 0 fuel
@ChrisPy Actually it didn't solve the problem either. This is really a bug with the rotor part.
Edit: btw I found a way to solve it, which is to disable the rotor's other inputs when fuel level reaches zero.

Make sure you make all things that say torque on the propellor to 0
Fixed the fuel thing with this: Throttle>.1 & Fuel>0
No idea how to fix the over speed tho
