This is the first ship I built, designed to imitate the US battleship Iowa-class Missouri. The battleship Missouri in history has witnessed that great moment and it has become famous throughout the world. However, with the advent of the carrier era, the battleship, the hegemon that dominated the ocean for several centuries, was gradually declining, and the service of ship-borne missiles made this marine hegemony withdraw from the stage of history. In May 1938, the U.S. Navy confirmed plans to build an Iowa-class battleship. From May 17, 1938 to July 19, 1940, a total of six Iowa-class battleships were approved for construction. During World War II, Iowa-class battleships mainly performed escort missions. On September 2, 1945, the Missouri became famous because of its participation in the surrender ceremony. Afterwards, the movie "Super Battleship" became the world's attention again. This work seeks to restore the glory of the battleship Missouri with a limited number of parts.
