Depicts an F-5E Tiger II of the Philippine Airforce of the 6th Tactical Fighter Squadron "flying cobras" sometime in the 80's-90's

Most complicated build so far with working engine startup and afterburner after throttle reaches 96%
Armament of 2× 20mm cannons, 4× AIM-9's, 6× 250 ib bombs.
The F-5's where purchased by the Philippine Airforce to replace the aging F-86's and were placed into service in 1962. Over the course of their 40+ years of service the F-5's' performed a number of roles. From stunt aircraft under the blue diamonds, to fighter bombers, and once even intercepting a soviet TU-95 "bear" when it was attempting to recon US Bases, most notably the Subic Naval Base. The last of these old aging airframes where retired in 2005 some being perserved in museums.

@MonsNotTheMonster Apperantly the PAF did recieve a few F-5E's in 1972 but I couldn't find a source for that claim. But the specific scheme I built this Aircraft with was an A, since the E's would have been painted a camo colour, which I found to be way above my current skills.
It was an f5a/b, but this will do xD
Love the build. Spotlight, upvote. I was able to start it up just by looking at the switches in Reading the panel it all made perfect sense. The only thing was the two red buttons that engage the engine or not labeled I finally hit them by mistake. The only thing I would change is label those two red buttons as engine start left and right. Other than that one thing love this aircraft. Fantastic job Z 😺
