The Windbreaker is Jlkillen's interceptor. The design is a mix of TIV 2 and Dominator 3. It is one of the four 7WARN anchor vehicles, sporting a livery much like Dominator 2's 4WARN livery. On the side there are medals which document the strength of a tornado it intercepted, and if it got lofted. It has a max threshold of 275 MPH, with the ability to drop airbags and deploy flaps and spikes.
