The P-47 is one of the larger fighters of WW2 used by the Americans. Production lasted from 1941-1945. It had a 2,500lb max bomb load, and the ability to carry 5in rockets. The powerplant featured the Pratt and Whitney R2800 "Double Wasp" engine, a common sight on allied aircraft at the time. The armored cockpit, however, was special for this aircraft.

Controls:
1 + VTOL Up retracts gears
2 + VTOL Down applies airbrakes
3, 4, and 5 launch anti-tank rockets
6 drops bombs
7 drops fuel tank

Instructions:
Takeoff is hard, it likes to move around.
Landing: slow down, have throttle at about 10%. Make a soft landing, and it usually slows itself down. Apply wheel brakes lightly if need be, or use airbrakes.
