The USAF VIGILON.02 is a experiential plane build to reach the edges of space. Equipped with Two low attitude FAS engines made for under 20,000ft flying that can hit around 700mph flight at sea level, Two MAG engines build for Mach 4 flight at the cost of fuel at sea level using them will get you to extremely high attitudes, Thrust Vectoring using a pair of VTOL nozzles, TRIM powered by another set of VTOL nozzles, Some air brakes, and a fuselage that supports water take offs and landings.

History
The year is 2019 the United States of America has requested a new spy plane to replaced the U-2 "Dragon Lady". The required features is at least a max attitude of 50,000ft, Mach 4 speeds or 2,000mph. Some feature that were not needed but requested were Thrust Vectoring, and Trim. A single man who's name is classified emailed the blueprints for the VIGILON.02 to Lockheed. The design being nearing perfect for the task. The Forward-swept wings made extremely fast speeds smooth. Making only 1 prototype they saw the awesomeness. After showing the plane to the government it went straight into production, 20 were made. After 20 years of service nothing changed, and not a single one shot down.

@221131 Yes you can use any of my modded parts, I don't remeber the power, but on the plane there's a modded vtol engine, modded vtol nozzles that don't move, modded fuel (500gals), and modded wings

@FasterThanLight that works to, roll is the same way but with the rear stabilizers inverted
@XVIdarkLithium I use inverted pitch controls on front stabilizers to have an insanely nimble aircraft at high or low speeds.
@FasterThanLight Thrust vectoring/rcn is the only way to really control planes at high attitudes. Works for roll and yaw to
