Operated by the Republic of Antares's navy, the Ambition-Class of Heavy Patrol Ships were designed by the Kralatau Naval Design Bureau in late 1968. Taking significant lessons from the Battle of Garden Bay reducing the number of explosive substances in exposed above-deck areas and increasing the unguided weaponry count.

The Ambition-Class was designed to operate in all weather conditions and all naval areas such as shores, bays, and even deep water oceans. Frequently traveling in pairs of two or three, captains often provided fire support to near-shore troops with its 2" Quad Mount Turret and high-power Ketzel Mortar.

Coming equipped with a Quad 2" AA LC-66 Turret, a 13.5" Mortar, 2x 1-35 Standard MG, 10x 6" ASW Mortars, and a single Marenai-80 Type-A CIWS Mount the Ambition will repel any wayward targets, no matter if they're in the air, on the surface, or beneath the waves.
