P-47 Thunderbolt
1and2 for gear and vtol for rising gear and flapsThe Republic P-47 Thunderbolt was a World War II-era fighter aircraft produced by the United States from 1941 through 1945. Its primary armament was eight .50-caliber machine guns, and in the fighter-bomber ground-attack role it could carry five-inch rockets or a bomb load of 2,500 pounds (1,103 kg). When fully loaded, the P-47 weighed up to eight tons, making it one of the heaviest fighters of the war. The P-47 was designed around the powerful Pratt & Whitney R-2800 Double Wasp engine, which was also used by two U.S. Navy/U.S. Marine Corps fighters, the Grumman F6F Hellcat and the Vought F4U Corsair. The Thunderbolt was effective as a short-to medium-range escort fighter in high-altitude air-to-air combat and ground attack in both the European and Pacific theaters.

And the question remains unanswered....for one month! @CobraHueyIndustries
Nice! What milestone? @Cobrahuey
Yup! And a classic to my account! This is a milestone in my SP career @KnightOfRen
Nice One! Such a classic! @Cobrahuey
Um I could try but I don't have too much time. I'll be uploading my T-6 Texan tomorrow maybe and I'll be leaving for a couple of days to go camping. So I'll see if I can do that. But I'll only have time for a fuselage and a simple canopy, nothing else.@Cobrahuey
Hey Hedero! I need help building a plane. Now this plane is going to be built for my personal use, but I can’t figure out a good fuselage. I’m looking for a Waco fuselage and Pitts performance and style but the thing keeps crashing. Could you try to make a Waco fuselage with a Pitts Model 12 canopy? @Hedero
Oh ok lol.@Cobrahuey
How did I not see this!? Lol. I mean the planes don’t fly as well and fly like I don’t care about what I’m doing@Hedero
Your planes didn't go from bad to good to bad. I don't know what you mean by that.@Cobrahuey
@Hedero How did my planes go from the samson, this, and then bad again? None of my planes fly good.
Lol I beg to differ. Like Cobrahuey said, everyone has their own style. I think we are both on equal building skills if you ask me.@ACEPILOT109
Everybody has there own unique style. I think both of you are good@ACEPILOT109
Thanks, @Cobrahuey but I must say I think @Hedero is better than me!
It can take a long time to be good like you and Hedero @ACEPILOT109
Thanks, it takes a lot of Time...
@Cobrahuey
Np dude @Cobrahuey
Not as cool as the things you build! I love your work! @ACEPILOT109
Thanks Hedero! This has to be one of the best planes I’ve made so far. It’s definitely a milestone in my creations.@Hedero
Cool
Great job on this aircraft! Great improvement from the pitts samson. I love the effort you put into this one, with airfoil, retractable landing gear and flaps. Great job!
