The DIXIE-MERLIN-F was the Night bomber variant of the DIXIE-MERLIN-C which was medium Sea-Bomber built during World-War 1 designed to bomb enemy Carriers,Destroyers and Battleships, the bomber was highly effective at bombing ships and shooting down aircraft with its flame ammunition which could burn the wooden decks of ships at the time. At the end of the war all Dixie Merlin variants were sold to maritime and civilian services including Coast guard and Maritime patrol.
