“The Westland Whirlwind was a British twin-engined heavy fighter[citation needed] developed by Westland Aircraft. A contemporary of the Supermarine Spitfire and Hawker Hurricane, it was the first single-seat, twin-engined, cannon-armed fighter of the Royal Air Force.” —Wikipedia
While not my most time consuming build, I think it turned out alright.
Notes:
The Whirlwind has normal flight controls, four cannons in the nose, and you need to use hard right rudder on takeoff.
