The YOSF-12A is one of the outer space/carrier-based fighter prototype of Voras Federation in early L.C 20s.
In order to hide the true intention of the project and confuse the intelligence of the Ellen Empire, all files are only written as it's code name "Browser".
As a space fighter, the "Browser"" carries a large number of small air combat / surface missiles.It can dump more than 30 missiles against ships or ground targets in seconds, and then leave the combat airspace through its flexible mobility.
Unfortunately, the Federation didn't have enough technology to complete this crazy idea. In the end, the "browser" project left behind this poor and difficult-to-controled prototype.
What's more, it is also hard to take off from ground.
