The A/OA-10 Thunderbolt II was the first American combat aircraft produced especially for close air support to ground forces. This ground attack aircraft has excellent maneuverability at low altitudes and speeds, constituting an attack platform with great reliability, being able to attack ground targets such as buildings, combat vehicles, infantry or other vehicles.
