Please Read The Instruction:
Throttle up to spin the wings, while you can use trimming bar to take off and landing.
VTOL bar up for going forward.
***Do Not Push VTOL And Trimming Bar All The Way Up!***
Well, since the helicopter itself is not symmetrical, so it will be tricky when you push those bars all the way up.
