Virtually everyone with change uses them. They're dirt cheap and there's plenty of parts everywhere. In fact, it is so common that at the Barracuda Island Dissimilar Aircraft Combat Training Center, Pummelers are still in use as aggressor fighters because the Pilotmario Air Force encounters them on a regular basis, albeit often heavily modified.
