Designed early in the 205h century as a Battlecruisers, the Diamond class were a series of 4 ships intended serve as capital ships for the navy. Throughout it's service, the ships were upgraded several times, increasing their armaments and capabilities. These upgrades led to them being reclassified to Battleships by the late 1930s retaining their place in the navy as the pride and jewels of the fleet.

Armaments

-It's main armaments consisted of 8 14-Inch cannons mounted in 4 turrets, 2 in the front and 2 aft, this gives the Diamonds with immense firepower for ship combat and shore bombardment.
-8 155mm cannons mounted along the side hull in 8 single mounts make up it's secondary armament these guns have a considerably faster fire rate and mobility, cable of taking out smaller enemy vessels.
-Heavy Anti air armament comes in 6 dual mounts 127mm Anti air guns located on the side along it's superstructure, giving it long range air denial capabilities with it's proximity fuse shells.
-12 triple mount 25mm guns scattered along the entire ship gives it a final layer of anti air cover, saturating the sky with rapid fire.

in its upgrades, a single Seaplane was added to all ships for reconnaissance, and shell spotting purposes, the plane itself is equipped with 2 .50 caliber machineguns and 2 small bombs, giving it a more flexible role.
