rest in peace chase (2017-2021)

About chase
Chase was a guinea pig I had since I was three
I played with him every day and sometimes he would escape, he would only go out the front gate though

One day I returned home on a record breaking day (41 degrees Celsius or 105 fahrenheit) from year 2 I went to check on chase I found him lying on the ground in his cage while I was gone he had suffered from heatstroke.
This basically made me more depressed due to my grandad (on mum's side) had died just a last year

When I got back to school I couldn't stop crying and a few days after for show and tell I got a picture of him and told the whole class about chase and how he had died a few days earlier

Now, I keep a photo of him similar to grandad
