Okay, I know it's not actually a real piston engine, but it's close enough. It has an actual piston pushing the driving arm connected to the "disk" of the engine and it can spin at up to 900 RPM even if you don't have the limitless spin mod. You can use this in massive creations like a diesel locomotive or really anything else that has a big engine. To make it run, all you have to do is push VTOL all the way up. The VTOL engine I used to add the spinning power isn't very loud and doesn't use that much fuel. I hope you find a useful purpose for this engine!
Edit: I just realized I forgot to set the piston speed back to the proper level, so the engine won’t spin properly. To fix this, go inside the engine and change the speed on the piston to 50% and it'll work properly
