Weird airplane that can somehow kind of fly with as big of wings as it has. Main thing is that is just an example of how you could mount the 200-shot rocket/machine-gun. Actual subassembly is towards the side; just use that to make your subassembly, then it is useless. No special uses for the action groups, i think the trim is trim by default tho.
