I'd have added more detail but it was just starting to slow on my mobile device and I don't have the beta for OSX so can't really do anymore yet. What's missing - deck paint, scout plane, ammunition and some anchors amongst many other smaller details I'm sure. The guns turn and so do the smaller turrets but not the AAs, pitch for the angle of the big guns. She also goes about 30 mph max and can be turned with roll or yaw or both. I haven't spent much time on the steering to be honest so it's not great. It was more for the vast size and detail, and because I've always wanted to build it.
